Mark Santiago is the CEO of SegPro Solutions and is a licensed CPA (California) with Accounting and MBA degrees from Brigham Young University. He gained expertise in cost segregation while serving as the CFO of Cost Segregation Authority in Lindon, UT. With over 15 years of experience as a Chief Financial Officer and more than 20 years as a CPA, Mark has a proven track record in leading venture capital and private equity-backed companies. 

 Andrew Oliverson is the President of SegPro Solutions and is a multi-state Real Estate Broker and active Real Estate Investor. He holds a B.S. in Economics from the University of Utah. Most recently, Andrew served as Vice President at Radian, where he oversaw all REO operations, working with major clients such as GSEs, hedge funds, and large banks. During his time at Radian, he played a pivotal role in scaling real estate operations from startup to a successful exit. Additionally, Andrew continues to be an active real estate investor.

 Nico Suazo is the Sales Director at SegPro Solutions.  With over 20 years of experience in real estate, sales leadership and account management for both local and national firms. Since 2022, Nico has delivered over $43,500,000 in dollar-for-dollar tax benefits developing valuable relationships with real estate investors, business owners and accounting firms. His success in real estate investing, cost segregation and energy credits allow him and his team to deliver world class tax-incentive services while providing personal relationships.
