Andrew Oliverson is the President of SegPro Solutions, a Licensed General Contractor and Engineer, and a multi-state Real Estate Broker and active real estate investor. He holds a B.S. in Economics from the University of Utah. Most recently, Andrew served as Vice President at Radian, where he oversaw all REO operations, working with major clients including GSEs, hedge funds, and large financial institutions. During his time at Radian, he played a pivotal role in scaling real estate operations from startup to a successful exit. Andrew continues to invest actively in real estate, bringing hands-on market experience and a results-driven perspective to every SegPro engagement. His leadership focuses on engineering-based compliance, measurable investor returns, and building trusted relationships.
